SERVICES
Bear Construction & Design provides a wide range of construction services to help you complete your project. While we specialize in exteriors, both new and renovations, we also provide interior services. We can help you with your complete project, from design stage all the way to completion. Bear can supply and install materials, or simply install the materials that you have purchased.
Bear Construction & Design is Saskatchewan's first company to join the James Hardie Alliance Contractor program, and abides by their strict installation requirements. This ensures that you are getting a quality finished product, backed by James Hardie's Warranty.
Having a diploma in Architectural Building and Technologies allows us to provide full sets of drawings to suit any project from full house design to deck design.
SIDING
Siding is our specialty! With many years of experience and hundreds of thousands of square feet installed on Saskatchewan homes, you know that it will be done right and suited for our climate. Bear Construction & Design is part of the James Hardie Alliance Contractor Program! We install cement board, hard board, vinyl, shakes, long board, log and more.
SOFFIT / FASCIA
We most commonly install aluminum soffit and fascia, but we can also install cement board, long board, or prefinished wood soffits to make your project stand out even more. For renovations, we do a full removal of wood soffit, and will not simply cover up the old. An air space is also checked to ensure proper airflow is maintained into the attic.
ROOFING
Bear provides roofing services for asphalt shingles, cedar shakes, and metal roofs. We do both new roofs and re-roofs. When supplied by Bear, we use BP Mystique 42 shingles (Limited Lifetime Warranty) as our standard shingle, but can be upgraded as well. We are now a BP Weathertite Certified Installer and can provide extended warranties on our roofs.
STONE VENEER
Want to add that little bit extra to the look of your house, or simply need it for bylaw regulations? We can get your stone work to stand out! We have experience with many different stone products, real or not. From Real Stone Products which require a scratch coat, Easy Rock, to vinyl stone. These products can really visually add to your exterior.

Have a deck planned out, or need help to design the perfect deck? We can help make your dream a reality! With experience with ACQ, cedar and composite decking, we can build a deck for any style and any budget.
Bear Construction provides window and door replacement services, while also having the ability to do renos such as adding or removing, enlarging or shrinking openings. Having high quality windows and doors is important in our climate, as they are the areas of the house with the most heat loss.
We offer custom aluminum cladding. This allows us to finish areas of your home to be low to no maintenance. Whether it is for garage doors, beams, meter backing, brickmolds, or special drip caps. We can also match colours to nearly all the soffit colours.
In addition, we can provide you with full renovations, basement developments, garage packages, ICF foundations, insurance jobs, and more.
